I had an overall disappointing experience at Comfort Inn West Phoenix. The beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was bland and unappetizing. The noise from the highway kept me up at night, which made it hard to get a good rest. On the upside, the location was convenient, and the sheets were soft and clean, but that's about where the positives ended.

The room was clean but had a loud air conditioning unit. The bed felt as hard as a rock, and I even woke up to a spider crawling on my arm, which was pretty unsettling. The bigger TV was a nice touch, but it didn't make up for the discomfort.
